Celebrating Mike's Birthday!

Yesterday we celebrated Mike's birthday as a family! We had 3 cakes. Yes, you heard it right! We all like different kinds of cake so we each had an individual cake from Cold Stone Creamery! Mike wanted an ice cream cake, and he got 3! Mike loves coffee ice cream so he had the coffee house crunch cake. I love red velvet cake, so I go the cake batter confetti! And Madeline, does not like chocolate, so she got the strawberry passion cake! They said each petite cake is 2 servings, uh no more like 5 or 6. It is so rich that you would go into a sugar coma if you ate half of that cake! So needless to say, we have cake for weeks!

Later that night we went to the mall, so Mike could get some stuff for his birthday. We took the kids over to the park and let them run around, and man did Pierson love it! Pierson was so upset when we had to leave that he literally through a tantrum! It was so funny. I have never seen him react that way. After playing at the park, we went to dinner at a brazilian restaurant (Churrascaria). We had so much food and had such a great time. Pierson surprised us with a new word while we were having dinner. Pickle is his latest word! Madeline kept saying pickle juice, and Pierson said plain as day "pickle". He said it over and over. We were laughing so hard, so he just kept saying it! Mike, I hope you had a wonderful birthday! We love you!
